Reading the website

This static website does not provide user accounts, analytics scripts, advertising pixels, embedded chat, or a newsletter signup. Its images and fonts are served locally. The website code does not store inquiry drafts in browser storage.

The production hosting setup uses Cloudflare to deliver and protect the website. Cloudflare can process technical information such as an IP address, browser details, requested URL, and request time. Local preview behavior does not establish production logging or retention settings.

Product inquiries

The form asks for an email address and a brief message. Name and organization are optional. A product or topic selection helps identify the inquiry. No telephone number or attachment is requested.

Submissions pass through a Cloudflare Worker and Cloudflare Email Service to a designated Gmail mailbox. Within ProcessBrains, only the owner has access to that mailbox. ProcessBrains and its email provider process the inquiry and any replies to respond to you. An inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Spam protection

An activated form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated submissions. Turnstile loads a script and challenge from Cloudflare and processes technical browser and network information. The inquiry handler also uses a short-term limit on attempts associated with an IP address and an invisible honeypot field.

Submission requires JavaScript for the spam check. When the form is unavailable, it does not load Turnstile or send form requests. Provider processing is not anonymous communication or a channel for clinical records. Do not send patient information, credentials, or other sensitive records.

Inquiry records and retention

The website and inquiry-handler code do not create a database of messages or write submitted fields to application logs. Inquiry emails and replies are stored in the designated Gmail mailbox. Mailbox rules may organize them into folders or labels within that mailbox. The website does not automatically delete email records or impose a fixed deletion schedule.

Cloudflare and Google may process and retain operational records and correspondence under their respective service arrangements and settings. Cloudflare may also retain sent-message content where its email-preview setting is enabled. This notice does not promise a fixed deletion date for email or provider records.

Questions and updates

The contact page includes a Privacy question topic. Do not include patient information, credentials, or other sensitive records in a privacy question. This notice is reviewed alongside the website’s hosting and inquiry configuration.
